Health regulations amendment (public health) regulations 2016 made by the governor in executive council. These regulations are the health regulations amendment (public health) regulations 2016. Part 1 commences on the day of gazettal; the rest commences on the day the public health (consequential provisions) act 2016 section 5 comes into operation.
