Proposes to cancel the registration of the Family First Party WA and remove it from the register of political parties.

A request has been made under section 62l(1) of the Electoral Act 1907 by the party secretary of the Family First Party wa to cancel the registration of the political party. It is, therefore, proposed that the registration of the Family First Party wa is cancelled and the party removed from the register of political parties kept by the Electoral Commissioner under section 62d of the Electoral Act 1907. Any person who objects to the proposed cancellation of the party is invited to submit a written statement to the Electoral Commissioner by Saturday, 12 August 2017.
