Intends to forfeit mining tenements for breach of covenant due to non-payment of rent unless rent is paid by January 10, 2022.

In accordance with regulation 50(b) of the mining regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that unless the rent due on the under mentioned mining tenements are paid on or before 10 january 2022 it is the intention of the minister for mines and petroleum under the provisions of sections 96a(1) and 97(1) of the mining act 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant, being non-payment of rent.
