Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 02 October 2024, are required by the executors Brendon Stuart Poole and Catherine Renae Lyon to send the particulars of their claims to Brendon Stuart Poole and Catherine Renae Lyon of 15 Porpoise Grove, Waikiki, Western Australia 6169 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
