Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 july 2024, are required by the administrator of the estate, jk legal, to send particulars of their claim to jk legal, [contact details redacted] the publication date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which it then has notice.
