In the matter of the estate of Sheila Mary Hittich, late of 8 Williamson Way, Trigg in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 28th January 2019, are required by the executor, Susan Helen Hill, to send the particulars of their claim to 6 Wilsmore Street, Daglish in the state of Western Australia, by the 8th day of November 2019, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
