In the estate of Ronald Charles Davis late of Nazareth House Geraldton, Crowtherton Street, Bluff Point in the State of Western Australia, Crayfisherman, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 October 2019, are required by the executor, Jeffrey Ronald Davis of 581 Jarrahdale Road, Jarrahdale in the State of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to him at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
