Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Catherine Caden Summers, who died on 21 March 2023, are required by the administrator Mark Edward John O’Brien to send their particulars of their claims to Mark Edward John O’Brien of 61 Bayview Terrace, Clayfield QLD 4011 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets. having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
