Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 december 2019, are required by the trustees, suzanne gallagher and allanah smith, c/- morgan alteruthemeyer commercial lawyers and migration agents, 2/4 adelaide street, fremantle, western australia by email to [email protected] or by telephone on (08) 9336 7511, to send particulars of their claims to them by 28 april 2021, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
