Francis mcmahon (aka frank mcmahon), late of 5 lyndhurst crescent, ferndale, western australia, steel fixer, died on 11 may 2020. On 29 july 2020 the supreme court of wa granted probate pro/3953/2020 to sandra mellish and stephen john mellish as executors both of 5 grevillea place, canning vale, western australia. Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased (including to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to the executors by one clear calendar month from the date this notice is given, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
