Pursuant to Part 3 Division 6 Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, all owners and or occupiers of land within the District of the City of Busselton, shall construct firebreaks and carry out fire prevention works in accordance with the provisions of this Notice. Includes requirements for building protection zones, trees, compliance periods, prohibited and restricted burning times, burning of garden refuse, camping/cooking fires, and specific categories of land.
