Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 October 2021, are required by the Executor Jennifer M Duggan of 35c Ravenswood Drive, Nollamara 6061 WA, to send their particulars of their claim within one month of today’s date to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claiming of which they then have notice.
