It is hereby notified for public information that the Governor, in accordance with section 12(c) of the Interpretation Act 1984, has approved the following temporary appointment— Hon R H Cook MLA to act temporarily in the office of Premier; Minister for Public Sector Management; State Development, Jobs and Trade; Federal-State Relations in the absence of the Hon M McGowan MLA for the periods— 9 July 2020; and 11 to 16 July 2020 inclusive. This notice supersedes acting arrangements relating to the above office that were published in Government Gazette No. 82 of 26 May 2020.
