Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 6 may 2023 are required by the executor mark andrew osan and peter geoffrey phillips of care of birman & ride, level 3, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claims to them by the date being one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
