These regulations amend the restraining orders regulations 1997. Schedule 1 form 10 is amended to include information about nationally recognised orders and their enforceability in all australian states, the northern territory, and the australian capital territory. Penalties for breaches outside western australia will be subject to the jurisdiction where the breach occurred.
