Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 24 april 2022 are required by the trustee marcia marie devincentis of care of birman & ride, level 3, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claims to them by the date one month from the publication date after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
