Environmental protection amendment act 2020 commencement proclamation 2021 made under the environmental protection amendment act 2020 section 2(1)(e) by the governor in executive council. Parts 2 and 3, but only the provisions listed in the table, come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
