Michael Charles Rowe, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the Director Community and Commercial Services at the City of Perth powers under the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, excluding the power of delegation, in relation to community activities and certain sporting, cultural and entertainment events at Langley Park, Riverside Drive, Perth.
