Made under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 section 2(1)(c) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 commencement proclamation 2022. The Work Health and Safety Act 2020, other than part 1 division 1 and part 14 division 4, comes into operation on 31 march 2022.
