Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late richard arthur edgecombe who died on 19 june 2024 are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, care of rsm within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
