This notice, the Liquor Control (Section 31) Notice 2021, concerns extended trading permits. It authorises licensees to sell packaged liquor on specified dates and times. For premises in the metropolitan area, hotel and liquor store licenses are varied to allow sales from 8 am to 10 am on 11 and 18 December 2022 and 1 January 2023. For liquor store licenses outside the metropolitan area (excluding those in Schedule 1), sales are authorised from 10 am to 10 pm on specified dates.
