Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 12th day of November 2025, are required by the executor, Russell Leslie Chapple to send the particulars of their claim to him at [contact details redacted] Joondalup wa 6027, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
