Naomi Ellen McCrae, having been nominated by Unionswa for appointment under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 section 6(2)(d)(ii) as a member of the Commission for Occupational Safety and Health, is appointed to hold office under that provision for the term that commences on the day which this instrument is made and ends on, and includes, 3 April 2024.
