Amends the liquor control (ngalingkadji restricted area) regulations 2016 by updating the date in regulation 9 from 1 april 2023 to 31 october 2028.

These regulations are the liquor control (ngalingkadji restricted area) amendment regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the liquor control (ngalingkadji restricted area) regulations 2016. In regulation 9 delete โ1 april 2023.โ and insert: 31 october 2028.
