These regulations are the liquor control (ngalingkadji restricted area) amendment regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the liquor control (ngalingkadji restricted area) regulations 2016. In regulation 9 delete “1 april 2023.” and insert: 31 october 2028.
