Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 03/08/2022 are required by the administrator, Ian Pitt Clairs care of Clairs Keeley Lawyers, PO Box 3301, East Perth WA 6004 to send particulars of their claims to him within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
