Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming between 7:45pm and 8:45pm on Sunday 5th March 2017—augusta River Mouth: All the waters within a 150 metre radius of the firing point located on a barge positioned at approximately 34º19.471′s, 115º10.302′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
