Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased person who died on 9 october 2018 are required by the personal representative care of murfett legal, level 2, [contact details redacted], to send particulars of their claims to him within one month from the date of publication of this notice, at the expiration of which time the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
