In the estate of Kevan Ross Henry Stables (also known as Kevan Ross Stables) late of 24 Park Road, Mount Lawley in the State of Western Australia, Electrician, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 19 December 2023, are required by the executor, Bernard Charles Christison, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1, Maddington, 6989, to send particulars of their claims to him/her at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington, 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
