This order is the biodiversity conservation (species) order 2022. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. This order applies to the whole of the state. Each distinct population of organisms specified in the table is a species for the purposes of the act.
