FI301 Fish Resources Management Act 1994 Fish Resources Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2022 SL 2022/134 Made by the Governor in Executive Council. 1. Citation These regulations are the Fish Resources Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2022. 2. Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. 3. Regulations amended These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995. 4. Schedule 1 amended Delete Schedule 1 Part 3 item 3 and insert: 3. Managed fishery licence fees (1) Abalone Managed Fishery, the sum obtained by multiplying the total kg of entitlement conferred by the licence (but excluding any entitlement transferred to or from the licence under section 141 of the Act) by the fee for each kg, as follows — (a) for greenlip abalone, per kg 15.11 (b) for brownlip abalone, per kg 15.11 (c) for Roe’s abalone, per kg 1.02 (2) Abrolhos Islands and Mid West Trawl Managed Fishery, per licence 22 701.49 (3) Broome Prawn Managed Fishery, per licence 2.46 (4) Cockburn Sound (Fish Net) Managed Fishery, per licence 4 239.97 (5) Cockburn Sound (Line and Pot) Managed Fishery — (a) per licence 166.08 (b) per unit of entitlement conferred by the licence 2.16 (6) Cockburn Sound (Mussel) Managed Fishery, per licence 122.00 (7) Exmouth Gulf Prawn Managed Fishery, per licence 47 253.67 (8) Gascoyne Demersal Scalefish Managed Fishery — (a) per class A unit of entitlement 7.59 (b) per class B unit of entitlement 13.14 (9) Kimberley Crab Managed Fishery, per unit of entitlement conferred by the licence 9.42 (10) Kimberley Gillnet and Barramundi Managed Fishery, per licence 12 010.74 (11) Kimberley Prawn Managed Fishery — (a) per Class 1 licence 1 555.83 (b) per Class 2 licence 1 555.83 (12) Mackerel Managed Fishery, the sum obtained by multiplying the number of units of entitlement confer
