These regulations are the Transport Regulations Amendment (Fee Waiver and Refund) Regulations 2022. The CEO may reduce, waive or refund, in whole or in part, a fee payable by a person, or a class of persons, under regulation 73(1) or (2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, and item 2 of the Table to regulation 7 of the Western Australian Photo Card Regulations 2014.
