Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 02.07.21, are required by the executor of the estate of the deceased Deborah Woods of [contact details redacted] beckenham wa 6107, to send the particulars of their claims on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor has notice.
