This order, made under Section 34 by the Minister for Transport, includes specific land identified in the Schedule into the Rail Corridor. The land is located along the East Perth Terminal to Kalgoorlie Railway line, between the 13.63 and 15.25 kilometre marks, and is shown on Deposited Plan 431054, with a total area of approximately 6940 square metres.
