Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 october 2016, are required by the executor philip neil white of care of murray smith solicitors, 7 cable cove, mosman park, western australia to send particulars of their claim to him by 24 july 2017, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
