Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on or before 12 march 2018 at 9 gilding lane, dayton, western australia, are required by jeanette yvonne truswell, the administrator and trustee, c/- ryan & durey solicitors of po box 913, west perth to send particulars of their claims to her by 21 november 2018, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice. after such time the administrator and trustee shall not, as respects the property so administered or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she has not had notice at the time of the administration or distribution.
