Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 10 January 2020 are required by the personal representative Jillian Margaret Neale of c/- Greenstone Legal, Level 1, [contact details redacted] 6005 to send particulars of their claims to her by the 2nd day of July 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
