Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 15 april 2021, are required by the executor ann beverly georgiou of 2 montebello avenue, heathridge wa 6027 to send particulars of their claims to her by 29 july 2021 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
