William Joseph Johnston MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, revokes the instrument of delegation made under the Act dated 1 April 2017 and delegates powers under the Offshore Minerals Act 2003 and the Offshore Minerals (Registration Fees) Act 2003 to employees of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety holding specified positions.
