Creditors, claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates), in respect of the estate of Charles Dennis Coles, late of lot [contact details redacted] 27 september 2018, are required by the administrator, margaret june giffin, to send to the solicitors for the administrator, templar legal pty ltd, [contact details redacted] 30 days of publication of this notice. After such date, the administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then has notice.
