Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 august 2016 at harvey hospital, harvey are required by the trustee ellen venables to send particulars of their claims to her within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
