Order made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 9(1)(b) of the Act. Alters the boundaries of the Busselton Water Reserve defined by reference to coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan 3724 and shown outlined in bold on that plan.
