In the matter of the estate of Teresa Carole Borthwick, late of [contact details redacted] Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 February 2022, are required by the executor Frederick Kevin Borthwick of [contact details redacted] 6100, to send particulars of their claim by one (1) month from the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has notice.
