In the estate of Christopher Frederick Stafford late of 8/1-5 Rookwood Street, Mount Lawley, in the State of Western Australia, Retired Engraver, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20th August 2024 are required by the executor, Jan Taylor of 182A Willoughby Road, Wamberal, in the state of New South Wales, to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
