Notice is hereby given that the Western Australian Planning Commission has resolved to revoke planning control area 140 breakwater drive other regional roads pursuant to section 113 of the planning and development act 2005, and that the minister for planning has granted approval to the revocation. The land required for other regional roads purposes is now protected by metropolitan region scheme minor amendment 1387/57—breakwater drive other regional roads (lisford avenue to mitchell freeway reservation). The revocation of planning control area 140 is affective from the date of this notice in the government gazette.
