Pursuant to section 15u of the prisons act 1981, i hereby revoke the following permits— surname other name(s) permit no. brown april gay pa 0367 chappel rhys david pa 0312 chittick amanda lorraine pa 0827 edmeades graham brett pa 0202 hardy-johnson jessica louise pa 0801 johns paul ap 0646 jopson marisa pa 0962 lindsay neil james pa 0964 lockwood daniel pa 0787 orme stephen charles pa 0471 sweeney blayn tamaki pa 0706 west harry pa 0145 williams rhea pa 0636.
