ZZ402 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Steven Lyle Clewett late of Unit 9, 11 Geraldine Street, Bassendean WA 6054, died on 23 December 2025. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the Estate of the abovenamed deceased are required by his personal representative, Eric Tan, to send particulars of their claim to him at Robertson Hayles Lawyers of PO Box Z 5403, Perth WA 6831 by no later than one (1) month from the date of publication hereof after which date he may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
