Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the deceased, who died on 20th july, 2024, are required by the executors, michelle helene pooley and stephen kenneth jones, to send the particulars of their claim to: c/- nash-clavey mandurah, 44 vivaldi drive, mandurah, wa, 6210 within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
