Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased, who died on 31 july 2018, are required by the executor of his estate, joy david of [contact details redacted], to send particulars of their claims to her within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
