Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, i hereby cancel notice MH401(b)(17) as published in the government gazette on 25 october 1991 and hereby limit the speed of all vessels to 5 knots within the following area— location: all waters of beadon creek and its entrance south of a line through the lateral markers adjacent the end of the breakwater at approximately 21°38.308′s, 115°7.989′e and 21°38.326′s, 115°8.034′e. All coordinates based on gda94.
