Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 august 2024, are required by the executors, trevor brian gallagher and richard leonard ellwood, of 1/21 cornelian street, scarborough, wa 6019, to send particulars of their claim within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
